This event was supported by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare of Japan.
Over 9000 doctors, invitation lecturers, exhibitors, people grasping industrial hook concerned, person concerned with media, general people who hold profundus interest in Anti-aging gather in a hall and share "the wisdom of anti-aging" from around the world.
Dr James Stoxen DC, president of Team Doctors Treatment and Training Center gave a main floor presentation entitled "Abnormal Biomechanics and the Aging Process.
Biomechanics is engineering and biological sciences. They are study of the movement of the brain. Analysis of walking is the principle evaluation method of studying biomechanics
X-rays show that 50% of us will have visible findings of x-ray chronic degenerative joint disease by the age of 40. 50% of us will have degenerative joint disease by the age of 40: half the room. And 85% will have it by age of 70. The reason is because the doctors – the medical profession – are not taking care of your patients; they are not doing what is necessary for the patients in their 20's and their 30's.
What this presentation discribed was ways to detect subtle changes in abnormal biomechanics, what to do to treat and prevent them.
Dr Stoxen also co-presented a hands on sports medicine workshop on Sunday Dmorning from 9 am to 12 noon with Robert Goldman, MD, PhD, DO, FAASP Chairman, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)

Sunday June 18th, 2006 Dr James Stoxen DC Dr Bob Goldman Hands On Workshop |

|
Dr Stoxens "hands on" workshop was broken down into two parts. Part one consisted of a lecture presentation outlining the anti-aging approach to the treatment plan which outlined goals for the anti-aging care giver to consider when doing the paradigm shift in their practice from a "disease based practice" to and anti-aging medicine practice.
Dr Stoxen's Workshop was simultaneously translated into Japanese Part two was a very unique presentation approach. Dr Stoxen was asked by a Japanese mother if he would give her advice as to what to do for her son who had foot, ankle and knee pain, after his main floor presentation on Saturday. She had taken him to several doctors with no results. He asked her to bring her son to his workshop on Sonday morning and he would evaluate her 15 year old son in front of all the doctors as a way to demonstrate his approach to care. This was the first time this approach to educating doctors at international medical conventions with a live subject in AISET history.
This approach to the "hands on" workshop demonstration was very popular with the delegates. In fact according to the organising committee of AISET Tokyo, Dr Stoxen's workshop was one of the most attended of the entire conference. The delegates were involved in participation as Dr Stoxen evaluated the boy for a chronic foot, leg and hip condition. This was a very positive audience interactive workshop.
Dr James Stoxen DC and Dr Barry Sears, author of the Zone Diet and Anti-inflammation Zone Books met at the conference.
They were presenters at this preseigeous even and in fact, Dr Stoxen attended his lecture, "Anti-Aging or Anti- Inflammatory Medicine?"and his workshop, "The Wellness Zone". Dr Stoxen designed his anti-aging program with zones similar to Dr Barry Sears which includes diet recommendations and a treatment plan which has what DR sears calls "screming inflammation and "silent" inflammation, which is a biomarker for accelorated aging.
